Dr Sandhya Mendon acquired her Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and completed her MS General Surgery. She obtained a Master of Surgical Education (M.Surg Ed) from the University of Melbourne. She is also a member of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has certification from the Australian Medical Council (AMC).
Dr Mendon has previously worked as a GP in Box Hill, Glen Waverley, and Hastings. She has a special interest in Preventive Health, Women’s Health, Mental health, Paediatrics, Travel Health and Chronic Disease Management. She is passionate about Dermatology, Skin Check and Skin Cancer. She skillfully performs Cervical Screening as well as minor surgical procedures, including IUD insertion and removal.
Dr Sandhya Mendon speaks English, and she is able to converse in Hindi, Kannada and Tulu.
